Transport Supervisor

Job Details:
Duration : 12 months 
Salary: Up to $2800/month (+1 month completion bonus)
Working hours: 5 days work week, rotating weekends
Staggered start work timing: 5.30am, 7am, 8.30am or 10.30am (rotated)

Job Responsibilities:
Route Planning and Optimization:

• Develop and implement efficient delivery routes for B2B deliveries to customers
• Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to plan routes, assign deliveries to drivers, and track progress
• Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and minimize transportation costs

Delivery Management:

• Oversee daily B2B delivery operations, ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and according to customer specifications.
• Monitor driver performance and adherence to delivery schedules
• Manage any delivery exceptions or customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution
