Transport Warehouse Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verify completeness and accuracy of loaded items.
• Address and resolve any problems, issues, or changes during loading process.
• Liaise with Warehouse department in any problem occurred during loading of trucks
• Submit Turnover report before end of shift.
• Facilitate and monitor loading of In-house & Subcon Trucks
• Supervise the sequence of loading at the bay area based on the final route schedule
• Update truck dispatching form
• Coordinate with concerned department for any changes, and/or transfer/loading issues
• Update the garage coordinator for the actual status of dispatching
• Ensure that the In-house and subcon personnel are strictly wearing proper PPE Uniform
• Inspect and check all In-house and Subcon trucks to see if they meet the necessary requirements before to proceed the loading
