Transportation Analyst

Execute and support transportation processes and systems, ensuring accurate data capture, monitoring, and operational follow-up for daily transportation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies, including EHS and Compliance, across transportation service providers.
Track and analyze transportation KPIs, operational performance, and productivity indicators.
Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives, including continuous improvement actions, problem‑solving activities, 5S, and improvement cards tracking.
Register, update, and manage transportation data in Transportation Management Systems (OTM).
Control and assign transportation units to scheduled shipments, including inbound and outbound vehicle handling.
Perform vehicle weight verification (where scales are available) and validate shipment data.
