Transportation Design and Delivery Department Lead

Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Transportation Design and Delivery Department Lead, you will be responsible for the daily operations and continued growth of an established and growing highway and municipal roadway design group. Reporting to the Transportation Business Group Manager Eastern Canada, you will oversee Section Managers within the Department and potentially additional specialty and practice leaders.

Operations

• Oversight and overall responsibility of the department, delivery of services and deliverables, winning work and staff engagement
• Provide leadership and direction to the Department staff in cooperation with executive, market sector, business class, and practice leaders. Work cooperatively to inform corporate leadership teams about staffing needs and additional skill training needs
