**Location:** Bridgeport, WV
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM start; occasional Saturdays as needed

The **Transportation Manager** is responsible for the performance management of frontline transportation employees across multiple lines of business, including Commercial, Roll-off, and Residential services. This role oversees approximately 15 drivers and helpers, with full accountability for onboarding, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

As a hands-on, field-based leader, the Transportation Manager spends the majority of the day working directly alongside frontline employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service. The role emphasizes building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with team members while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and engagement.
