About the Role:
Mondelez International is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Transportation Manager to lead and elevate our transportation operations across India. Based at our Mumbai Head Office, you will own the end-to-end execution of transportation, from load planning and route optimization to cold chain compliance, vendor performance, and digital transformation initiatives. This is an operations coordinator role that interfaces with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners, requiring both operational depth and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation Planning & Execution
Drive load planning and route optimization to maximize capacity utilization and minimize cost-per-case.
Manage dedicated fleet model, monitor vehicle allocation, utilization and turnaround times.
