Handling Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee all operations of Handling: plane loading, delivery, ramp operations, coordination with airport authorities
Manage scheduling of the team to offer the best expected service to the clients and optimize the Company resources
Monitor and analyze delivery schedule to ensure routes are optimized
Ensure service and cost targets are met, develop and implement recommendations as required
Manage the staff at all level: hiring, training, discipline, promotions, assignment of work, monitoring, hours
Monitor entire transportation process, inventory tracking of company's equipment stocks; Manage Trucks Fleet
