Responsibilities

+ Monitor and enforce DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies.

+ Conduct ongoing safety training for drivers and transportation staff.

+ Oversee accident investigations, documentation, and corrective action plans.

+ Perform regular safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

+ Manage driver qualification files and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

+ Track and report safety metrics, violations, and trends to leadership.

+ Coordinate random drug and alcohol testing as required.

Requirements
CDL is required.
