In this role, you will contribute to delivery quality performance by assisting in data collection, monitoring operational metrics, and supporting cross-functional teams in executing improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable working with data, and ready to take ownership of defined tasks within a structured environment. You will support the team in identifying delivery quality issues, documenting findings, and helping implement solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
