Job Description

ROC (Relay Operations Center) is the centralized command and control center for ‘Transportation Execution’ across the Amazon Supply Chain network, supporting multiple geographies such as NA, EU, India, Mexico, Brazil, etc. It ensures hassle‑free, timely pick‑up and delivery of freight from vendors to Amazon fulfillment centers (FC) and from Amazon FCs to carrier hubs. In case of exceptions, ROC steps in to resolve issues while keeping stakeholders informed. In addition to tactical problem‑solving, ROC analyzes trends in network exceptions, automates processes, and proposes process changes to streamline operations.

Overall, ROC plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Amazon transportation, directly impacting Amazon’s ability to serve its customers on time.
