Trauma Co-Ordinator AA

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and experienced team member to join our trauma service at Victoria Hospital. This role offers a unique chance to shape and influence the delivery of trauma care, working within a dedicated multidisciplinary team across the trauma wards and theatre setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day‑to‑day coordination of the trauma operating list. The focus will be on improving patient flow, reducing cancelled operations, and minimising prolonged pre‑operative fasting for trauma patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling of trauma surgery and support the smooth running of the trauma list
• Communicate effectively with patients, wards, theatres, clinical co‑ordinators and departments to ensure seamless patient management
• Act as the single point of contact between the orthopaedic team, patients, and carers
