TRAUMA PROGRAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works collaboratively with the Trauma Medical Director to oversee services and systems necessary for the multidisciplinary approach to the care of all trauma patients from scene to discharge and in the development of policies and procedures. This individual functions as the leader in maintaining and continuously enhancing applications and repositories for the Trauma Program. This includes the Trauma One application for the NYSDOH, National Trauma Database, and American College of Surgery Trauma Quality Improvement Program registries. This individual will take responsibility for ensuring the continued smooth functioning on these applications and databases, reporting, and all data submissions as requested by departmental and hospital leadership.
