Contract Type: fixed term contract – 6 months with possibility to be extended

 Tasks: 

With enthusiasm and professionalism, communicating with travelers by phone, chatting, and email making them feel heard and appreciated.   

• Manage their hotel and flight reservations or car rentals. 

• Protect travelers' confidential data so they know their data is in good hands.

 • Ensuring high-quality customer service and a positive brand image

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch (written and spoken, at least C1 level). 

• English skills at B2 level for communication within the team and during training. 

• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
