Travel Agent - Air Department Specialist

We are looking for a highly experienced Travel Agent to join our Air Department team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the Amadeus Selling Platform, or strong knowledge of air travel booking systems. This role involves managing flight reservations, issuing tickets, and providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, and Zoom.

Key Responsibilities

• Book and manage flight reservations using Amadeus GDS
• Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets accurately
• Provide fare quotes and resolve booking issues efficiently
• Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and Zoom
• Coordinate with airlines and vendors for schedule changes and special requests
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with travel policies
• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized travel solutions
