Job Description

Red Chair Recruitment are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our client, a travel agency in Tralee, Co. Kerry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their perfect trips, whether for leisure, business, or special occasions. You will provide expert advice on destinations, flights, accommodation, and travel packages, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for the customers.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a travel agency or a customer service role in the travel industry.

A qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (desirable but not essential).

Strong knowledge of global travel destinations and trends.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Proficiency in travel booking systems is an advantage.
