Travel Associate ( Mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via voice, chat and email in English language.

• Ensure timely resolution of queries while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal teams and escalate cases when necessary.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English Language (Written and verbal).

• Previous experience in a call center, or customer service is a plus.

• Willingness to work on night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
