Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with desired information on travel options and assist them in choosing the right route and airline that suits their budget, needs, and process tickets in time for well-informed decisions on travel.
  • Make proposals to clients to limit travel costs or offer services to reduce add‑on costs such as airport pick‑ups and hotel accommodation.
  • Comply with all administrative policies and procedures relating to ticketing and collection of cash or cheques from customers to avoid discrepancies and disputes and maintain transparency in transactions.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date database on all regular customers, including bookings, frequent traveler numbers, meal, and seat preferences, to offer personalized service and sustain patronage.
  • Receive and process customer feedback after completion of travel to gauge their views and opinions on service quality and scope for improvement.
