About Us: Flight Way is a premier travel agency located at World Trade Center (Giga Mall), Islamabad. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. You will assist clients with travel bookings, provide expert advice on destinations, flights, accommodations, and Umrah packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle flight bookings, amendments, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
Advise clients on travel options, holiday packages, and Umrah services.
Manage inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in customers professionally.
Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Promote travel packages and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Graduates only).
