Role Summary

Handle end-to-end travel bookings and provide excellent customer service to travelers using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Book flights, hotels, and car rentals using GDS (Sabre/Amadeus).
• Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets.
• Respond to traveler inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or higher.
• At least
  1 year GDS experience
  in a BPO setting (Sabre/Amadeus preferred).
• Proficient in
  GDS cryptic and native commands
  .
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
• Can start ASAP.
