Travel Expense Accounting Analyst

**Join our team SIG as a ****TRAVEL EXPENSE ACCOUNTING ANALYST**Review and approve travel expenses, ensuring compliance with the travel expense policy.Accounting and reconciliation of travel expenses.
**Key job functions**- Review and approval of travel expenses in Concur.
- Posting / review travel expenses in accounting.
- Training of new hires in Concur platform.
- Analyze and reconciliation of Concur.
- Hotel reconciliations.
- AMEX reconciliation, monitoring balances of assigned credit cards.
- Assist with the payment to travel-related suppliers.
- Compliance review of travel expenses based on the established policy.Follow-up with approvers on expenses outside the travel policy for correction and compliance with the policy.
**Requirements**:- Fluent in English- Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Word)- ERP (SAP)- 3- 5 years of experience in the area.
