Travel & Expense Analyst

The Junior Travel & Expense Analyst is responsible for reviewing and auditing employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies. This role supports travelers by answering questions related to expense submissions, travel guidelines, reimbursements, and system usage while helping maintain accurate and timely processing of expense reports.

Key responsibilities include reviewing expense documentation, identifying policy exceptions, following up on missing information, and assisting with reporting and compliance activities.
