Role Description & Responsibilities:
Assist APAC Travel & Expense Manager in the execution of key projects and day-to-day administrative support
Gain hands-on experience in data analysis by extracting, interpreting, and visualizing reports to develop valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
Build and maintain reports and presentations to support business reviews and decision-making
Promote compliance with travel and expense policies by issuing friendly reminders—both manual and automated to employees and stakeholders
Maintain and update reference materials in the global knowledge base to improve policy visibility and employee awareness
Contribute to KPI analysis for quarterly business reviews, providing insights into operational performance and supporting strategic planning efforts
