Travel Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced **Travel Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)** to join a dedicated hospice team serving patients throughout the Clarksville, TN area. This role requires a compassionate clinician who is comfortable working independently, managing a caseload, and providing high-quality end-of-life care in the community.

**Location:** Clarksville, TN
**Assignment Dates:** Minimum 3-month temp/contract position (possible extension)
**Employment Type:** Travel Contract
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities

**Hourly Pay Rate:** $ 55.92/hr.

**Responsibilities**

+ Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and manage ongoing hospice care.
+ Perform medication reconciliation and coordinate prescription refills.
