Role Overview

• Advise customers on suitable travel insurance products issued by UAE-licensed insurers through a UAE-licensed insurance broker
• Deliver accurate, compliant, and customer-focused insurance advice
• Ensure high standards of communication, documentation, and service quality

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer travel requirements including destination, duration, visa needs, age, and coverage expectations
• Recommend appropriate travel insurance solutions (inbound, outbound, single trip, annual multi-trip) Clearly explain:
• Policy benefits and coverage limits
• Exclusions and deductibles
• Optional add-ons such as adventure sports or cruise cover
• Ensure accurate policy issuance through approved insurer portals and CRM systems
• Support customers with:
• Endorsements, cancellations, refunds, and renewals
