Travel Manager

About the role

The Travel Manager will act as the central hub for all mobility needs, managing the end-to-end booking process for flights, accommodations, and event access. Beyond logistics, this role requires a financial mindset to control budgets and expenses, as well as a duty of care approach to support our employees whenever they are on the move.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel Logistics & Management:

• Take full ownership of all corporate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transfers, and rail transport for employees attending international fairs, conferences, and client meetings.
• Manage the registration process and purchase of tickets/passes for major industry events
• Ensure all travel arrangements are made well in advance to secure the best availability and pricing, adhering to strict timelines.
