**Location** : Corpus Christi, TX 78411
**Contract** : Three Month contract (possibility of an extension)
**Pay** : $56 to $59/hr + Mileage Reimbursement
**Coverage Areas** : Corpus Christi, Portland, Taft, Ingleside, Aransas Pass, Rockport, Sinton, Odem, Beeville, Mathis, and Robstown

Responsibilities:
• Perform Start of Care visits, evaluations, and discharges in a Home Health setting
• Complete OASIS documentation accurately and timely
• Provide quality patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Travel between patient homes throughout assigned coverage areas

Qualifications:
• Active PT License required
