Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel sales & sports Specialist based in the East London, South Africa Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing travel itineraries, developing sales of said sports packages and providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements. The role includes booking transportation, accommodation, and activities, staying updated on travel trends and regulations, and liaising with clients and service providers to deliver tailored travel experiences. This position also requires keeping accurate records and reports for administrative purposes.
