VaiasAparts is building a real occupancy growth system for our apartment rentals in Romania — focused on direct bookings, partnerships, repeat guests, and full occupancy.

If you are a Filipino VA who can research, reach out, follow up, and execute systems, this role is for you.
If you're only comfortable with repetitive admin work, this is not the right fit.

What You'll Be Working On

You'll support daily operations and growth for VaiasAparts by helping us:

• Increase apartment occupancy consistently
• Reduce reliance on OTAs through direct bookings
• Build partnerships with:

• Corporate clients
• Sports clubs
• Medical clinics
