Job Description
The Traveling Superintendent oversees the planning and execution of complex concrete-focused construction projects across multiple locations. This role works closely with the operational team to develop comprehensive project plans, prepare field teams for execution, and ensure that project goals for safety, schedule, quality, and budget are consistently achieved. Typical projects include data centers, hospitals, educational facilities, industrial buildings, and parking garages.
Responsibilities

+ Plan and manage the execution phase for assigned portions of commercial and industrial construction projects, with a strong focus on self-performed concrete work.

+ Collaborate with the operational team to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and sequencing for your phase of work.
