Travelling Supermarket Manager.
This isn’t your typical store role. You won’t have a fixed base, you’ll travel between remote communities across the Northern Territory and Far North Queensland, stepping in to support and manage stores wherever you’re needed. Pack your bags, and we’ll take care of everything else.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of ALPA supermarkets in remote communities
  • Coach, mentor, and support local team members
  • Bring ALPA’s nutrition policy to life by promoting healthier choices
  • Work closely with merchandising, nutrition teams, and community leaders to keep stores running smoothly
