Overview
Ware Swimming Club - Treasurer (No swimming experience required).
We are looking for a treasurer to take over from our incumbent who has been in the role 3 years. The role requires attendance at monthly Committee meetings, and approx 90 mins admin per week. The club is run on a wholly voluntary basis currently including our coaching team which is unique in the county. This ethos of being a community club is critical to the identity of WSC, being run solely for the benefit of swimmers to be the best they can be, and not purely focused on performance. Come and join our team!
The club is at an exciting juncture having recently secured additional pool time to setup a new swimming school. This will move the club to a new level of income and finance management. The club also plan to change status from Membership Club to Community Interest Organisation.
