Job Description

As a Treasury Analyst at K2 Partnering Solutions (Mexico), you will play a critical part in optimizing our treasury operations, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial and fiscal regulations. Your experience in financial management, billing compliance, and risk mitigation will be instrumental in safeguarding our financial stability. As a Treasury Analyst, you will provide strategic leadership, make sound financial decisions, and collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, and external stakeholders to drive the organizations fiscal success.

Responsibilities

  • Cash flow maintenance, monitoring, and forecasting

  • Apply payments against invoices according to customer payment details

  • Track collections with customers and follow up on outstanding balances (Accounts Receivable)

  • Manage Accounts Payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments

  • Reconcile invoices (CFDIs) versus SAP records (AR)
