- Oversee the clearing of payments in SAP and ensure timely processing.

- Generate weekly Cash Flow Actuals reports to provide insights into financial performance.
- Contribute to the preparation of the Weekly Cash F Report, summarizing daily payment activities.
- Collaborate on payment proposal files and support Accounts Payable aging analysis.
- ** Payment Processing**:
- Review and release invoices through the Efficient Finance portal.
- Verify and confirm wire and ACH payments daily.
- Process check registers, including printing and voiding as needed.
