Treasury Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Treasury Assistant to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for supporting daily cash management, disbursements, and treasury operations. The position also plays a key role in assisting the Importation Manager with documentation and coordination related to import transactions, including insurance and tax payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day cash monitoring and banking transactions

• Prepare and process disbursements including checks and online fund transfers

• Assist in cash flow tracking, forecasting, and reporting

• Ensure accurate recording and filing of treasury-related documents

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Coordinate with internal departments and banks for fund transfers and collections
