Job Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Financial Management or any business-related course
• at least 1-2 years experience in Finance/Accounting function
• previous experience Logistics/Freight forwarding, a plus
• Familiar in MS Office Applications
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description:

Fills in for regular cashiers when they are on leave or during busy periods.
Prepares cash payroll for employees who do not have ATM accounts and distributes salaries in cash.
Searches, analyzes, and verifies the receipt numbers of all collections for Royal Cargo Group in the system (CW1).
Manually issues official receipts and posts them to CW1 for all collections without an invoice (e.g., other income, scrap, SSS payments, CA cash returns).
