Treasury Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in finance/ accountancy/ Banking, Mathematics, Commerce or any related course
• At least 1 year experience in handling Treasury functions and cash management
• Knowledge of cash management and banking processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems
• Analytical and results oriented
• Keen eye on details
• With good moral character and integrity

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Payment voucher and check preparation for all disbursements
• Cash & Bank Management
• Assist in daily cash position reporting and cash flow forecasting
• Process bank transaction, including payments, receipts, and transfers
• Monitor bank balances and ensure sufficient liquidity
• Assist with bank account maintenance and documentation
