Job Description:

Asian Vision Cable Holdings Inc. is looking for an Treasury Assistant being responsible for assisting treasury officer in performing the day to day function of the department related to Treasury/SAP recording, 3rd Party collections, Auto debit arrangement, Online Banking, Record updating, Check releasing, Receipts, and Transmittal of Checks and Documents.

Job Details:

• Prepares acknowledgement receipts.
• Responsible for filling up documents for opening, updating and closing of bank accounts.
• Sort vouchers for distribution to bookkeepers.
• Prepare, sort and distribute official receipts.
• Sort and file documents for proper storage
• Transmits checks, correspondence and documents to branches, banks, and other business associates.
• Give the checks to suppliers/collectors on days of releasing and ensure the correctness of ORs received.
