Treasury Assistant

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• BS Finance / BS Accountancy or equivalent
• At least one (1) year of experience as Treasury Assistant is an advantage
• Proficiency in using financial software and system (JDA and SAP)
• With strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills to handle multiple tasks

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Receives and audit Accounts Payable Vouchers
• Prepares transmittals of checks for signature
• Monitors and updates the checks for routing to authorized signatories
• Monitors the checks for cancellation and staled
• Daily reports (daily issued checks) preparation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
