Job description:
The Treasury Assistant supports daily treasury operations by assisting in cash collections, payment processing, bank monitoring, and documentation. The role ensures accurate recording of cash transactions, proper coordination with internal teams, and compliance with treasury policies and internal controls.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of daily cash-related transactions, including preparation, processing, and documentation of collections and payments.
Encode payment requests and prepare payment vouchers in coordination with Accounting and Accounts Payable.
Upload payment transactions to online banking platforms and ensure proper authorization.
Ensure all treasury transactions are supported by complete and approved documentation.
