Job Description
The Treasury Assistant plays a vital role in supporting CleanTech's financial operations by managing daily cash transactions, preparing bank reconciliations, and ensuring the accurate recording of financial data. The role contributes to maintaining efficient treasury processes by strictly adhering to CleanTech's established financial procedures, supports liquidity management, and ensures compliance with the organization's internal controls and financial policies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Treasury Manager with the company's treasury activities including preparation of cash operating budget.
· Check, inspect and verify daily cash transactions.
· Execute and prepare reports on daily cash advances, daily bank transaction reconciliation, and administer bank transfers.
· Prepare reconciliation reports for various accounts.
