Introduction
FIXED TERM CONTRACT 6 MONTHS
The purpose of this role is to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all store banking and cash-related transactions.
The position is responsible for overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly banking activities, reconciling cash and bank records, monitoring store banking compliance, and identifying risks, variances, or trends that may impact financial integrity.
The role also supports management through reporting and analysis, ensures adherence to internal controls and deadlines, trains and supports banking clerks, and acts as a supervisory backup when required. Overall, the role plays a critical part in safeguarding company funds, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting effective retail cash management operations.
Qualification and Experience:
• Grade 12 (essential)
• Relevant Financial Qualification (preferred)
