Treasury Process Improvement & Digital Transformation

• Analyze existing treasury processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose engineering-driven improvements.
• Lead or support digitalization initiatives such as low-code automation, RPA, and smart workflows.
• Promote technology adoption within the Treasury team and collaborate with Finance, IT, and Shared Services.

Treasury Data Governance & Risk & Controls

• Implement automation to enhance internal controls around payments, approvals, and audit trails.
• Support compliance with treasury-related policies and audit requests.
• Assist in monitoring financial risks (liquidity, FX, counterparty).

Treasury Reporting & Analytics

• Partner with IT to develop dashboards and reporting tools for: liquidity KPIs; funding and investment portfolios; FX exposures and hedge performance; working capital metrics.
