We are seeking an experienced Head – Treasury to lead the overall treasury function, including International Treasury, for a leading premium Retail brand.

This is a strategic leadership role reporting to the Head – Corporate Finance, responsible for driving liquidity management, forex strategy, fund optimization, and risk governance at an enterprise level.

Role Overview

The Head – Treasury will conceptualize and lead end-to-end treasury operations including cash flow management, debt strategy, investments, hedging, compliance, and working capital optimization. The role requires strong collaboration with CFO, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Internal Audit, banks, auditors, AMCs, rating agencies, and other stakeholders.
