Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Director (Customer Fund Settlement) to build and lead our customer fund operations and treasury function, supporting rapid growth across digital asset settlements and multi-currency clearing .

This role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of customer funds , covering collection, reconciliation, liquidity management, FX conversion, merchant payouts, and operational risk control across both fiat and stablecoins .
