Job Description
A large, complex Canadian organization is seeking a highly capable Manager, Treasury & Accounting to lead treasury operations, liquidity management, banking relationships, investment-related reporting, and core accounting processes within a sophisticated multi-entity environment.
Reporting to senior finance leadership, this role oversees day-to-day treasury functions, cash management, payment operations, investment and endowment reporting, and accounting controls while leading a small team of finance professionals. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner across finance, operations, and executive leadership teams, helping support long-term financial sustainability, operational excellence, and process modernization initiatives.
