Treasury Supervisor

1. Cash Flow & Fund Management

• Monitor daily cash position and ensure sufficient funds for operational requirements.
• Prepare and update cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee bank balances, transfers, and funding requirements of branches.
• Ensure timely bank deposits and proper recording of collections.

2. Collections & Receivables Monitoring

• Supervise monitoring of Accounts Receivable (AR) and collection schedules.
• Review aging reports and recommend action plans for past-due accounts.
• Ensure proper documentation of collections (cash, checks, online transfers).

3. Disbursement Control

• Review and approve payment requests before processing.
• Ensure completeness of supporting documents prior to check preparation or online payments.
• Monitor post-dated checks and due dates.
• Maintain schedule of payables.
