**Job Summary**

+ The Plant Health Care Technician ensures client expectations are met or exceeded by diagnosing issues, coordinating treatments, and monitoring plant health across assigned job sites.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Print reports of jobs with plant healthcare services sold.
+ Develop a schedule for daily job inspections and applications utilizing integrated pest management practices.
+ Diagnose plant health issues and determine the appropriate course of action, such as fertilization, soil testing, or chemical application.
+ Assist Operations and Account Managers with diagnosing and treating plant health issues as needed, demonstrating flexibility with scheduling.
+ Assist in site quality assessments when on job sites.
+ Inspect truck and hoses for leaks or damage.
