WHAT YOU LL DO

Description: The On Call RN position is responsible for working together to meet the physical, medical, psychosocial, emotional and spiritual needs of hospice patients and families facing terminal illness and bereavement. The 24/7 Telephone Triage Nurses filter and triage all call. The Field Triage RN nurse will only see new admissions, death visits or anything that cannot be handle via telephone. They will receive their schedule and will be required to go to any of our locations to provide care for their patient.
