Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Triage USRN to join our health program. This role serves as the primary clinical contact for patients, responsible for conducting triage assessments, scheduling appointments, assisting with prescription refills, assessing patient symptoms, determining urgency, documenting interactions, and directing patients to the appropriate level of care.
