Right now, we are looking for a Trial Success Specialist to own the entire free‑trial journey and significantly improve conversion from trial users into long‑term paid customers.

The Opportunity

Our free trial is one of our biggest growth levers. This role is responsible for ensuring every trial user:

• Own the end‑to‑end trial experience from signup through conversion
• Reach out to every new trial user within the first hours
